MIKI WANIBUCHI (b. 1981) lives and works in Osaka. A fine artist who pursues the boundary. Her aim is to create artwork that makes people think about what constitutes a landscape painting. She focuses on one aspect of this: reproducing the colours of the landscape. The elements are divided into 'mix', 'paint' and 'depict' in order to form a triptych. Based on this, she wants viewers, who follow what the artist thinks, to realise once again that they are also here trying to find their answers themselves.
